Blocking Secondhand Smoke with An Antioxidant Force Field

For the nonsmokers of the world there is nothing more frustrating than being immersed in a cloud of somebody else's smoke. While states like New York and New Jersey have enacted no-smoking laws, they don't affect the smokers puffing away at that house party, or while waiting for the bus, or at the beach. Yuck.

While they're not as effective as say, sitting inside of a big, plastic bubble, the daily intake of certain supplements can help protect you from second-hand smoke.
