Choose the breakfast with the best total nutrition facts (calories, fat, saturated fat, fiber, protein and sugar). Six ounces of Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Yogurt topped with one cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup of Kashi’s Mountain Medley Granola, or three egg whites with 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheese, a piece of whole wheat toast and a nectarine.
The yogurt with fruit and granola is the best all-around choice — eggs are full of fat and cholesterol!
The eggs, toast and fruit are bound to pack the best nutritional content.
Neither — they are both way too fatty and high in calories.
Either one is a good choice — both contain solid nutrition to fuel my morning.
