I am doing my best to fight off negative feelings. But I'm beginning to freak out that depression I suffered through after having my children is coming back. (A seven year lull.)
Sometimes it helps if I write out my thoughts, but geez!!! I'm getting tired of what is becoming a daily battle with my mood.
There must be some foods, or supplements, that can help. I've tried St. John's Wort. It's not working.
