Its over my 30 Day Meat Challenge is over. Today is day 30, decision time. I have learned and grown very much in the last couple weeks. I have found out a lot about my boundaries and health issues. I am going to be Vegetarian [0] the BEST I can, I am still after all I am: Anemic. I need some iron and other certain vitamins in my body. Until the day that I can totally drop meat from my menu I will be one happy camper! I have looked up some recipes online, but I have not found much. Anyone’s help would be greatly appreciated!
