This recent article on LIME said that people who meditated or practiced mindfulness had better health. I have tried many times to take yoga [0] classes and even awoke many early mornings to practice mindfulness before my troops woke up. But to no avail, I just cannot seem to free my mind and embrace the soothing effects of these practices. Can anyone help me? I am up to suggestions. Help me to free my mind!
