The options for reducing stress sound good. I live in the rural south, and I don't know much about yoga. The closest I've came to that is full contact karate. Deep breathing, get hit, hit back. That does make me feel less stessed believe it or not.
A trip to the beach sounds nice also. The problem is I have six kids who want to go too. Not much relaxing there.
The thing is my wife and I stay very busy. When I'm not running around getting things done my mind runs anyway. That is why I voted that my case is hopeless.
I live in N.C. and we have beaches ,trails, and alot of historical tours to go on there's something for everyone, you just have to take the time out to do them.
Where there is a will there is a way. I also need support to de stress and find a million and one excuses not to exercise i.e. not to attend a yoga class. Once I do convince myself to go I find I leave feeling so relaxed and I also sleep very well. Let's support each other by helping to incentivize these efforts since we could all use an extra push.
