The entire budget of The Salvation Army's voluntary alcohol and drug rehabilitation program at the Adult Rehabilitation Centers is generated through the sale of donated items in Salvation Army thrift stores. Once the donations have been repaired and refurbished by the residents, they are then priced and sent to one of the thrift stores for sale to the public. Great!! I found some wonderful furniture and bargains.
