They don't get more green than the Kitchen. This restaurant is environmentally responsible in every aspect of service, from the hand towels in the bathroom to the electricity that keeps them running: The Kitchen is 100% wind powered!
All paper products and straws are biodegradable, staff takes home remaining food and open wine at the end of the night, and all food scraps are made into compost. The Kitchen hosts various wine tastings and events including the upcoming Avery Beer Dinner, which showcases a family owned and operated microbrewery.
Buy all local and organic foods. Menus change seasonally.
The Kitchen recently opened Upstairs, a casual urban wine lounge. They have 4500 bottles in the wine cellar and 25 wines by the glass.
