Carmen Nicole's is a great place to get some exercise and to relax.  They offer Yoga and Pilates classes for all levels of expertise.  They also offer full spa service as reasonable prices.  The staff is courteous and very friendly.  They are open late two evenings a week which is great if you are a working mom.
