When I traveled out there and I remianed on east coast time, I often got up at dawn to go for a run. while the streets were already filling with cars you never saw a person walking (except maybe in the anomolies of Westwood near UCLA and Santa Monica). It's kinda creepy. I was more afraid of dog attacks than when I jogged in small rural towns. But, when you walk or jog there, be careful of jay walking!! You can and will get a ticket. I once almost got a ticket at 7:00 am in Pasedena on a Saturday. I never saw any car or the cop until he "pulled me over".
But, Josh, I'd have even more respect if you had walked home after a night game in LA. Walking at night there is really weird...
