CARD TopUp
TopUp your LIME prepaid mobile account anywhere, anytime with Card TopUp.
- Scratch the shaded area on the back of the card with a coin.
- Dial *121*the voucher number # (For example *121*12345678901234#)
- Then press send
- A confirmation text message will be sent to the LIME mobile account detailing the value of the credit and the new balance.
- Dial *120# to confirm that the credit balance on your phone
ATM TopUp
Topping up at a NCB ATM location
- Insert your ATM Card into the machine
- Select the "ADD CREDIT" option from the onscreen menu.
- Enter the amount of credit required
- Enter the LIME mobile number you wish to send the TopUp to
- The credit is then transferred instantly to your LIME mobile or landline account electronically
- A confirmation text message will be sent to the LIME mobile account detailing the value of the credit and the new balance.
- Dial *120# to confirm that the credit balance on your phone
Topping up at a Scotia ATM location
- Insert your ATM Card into the machine.
- Select Mobile top up from the onscreen menu.
- Select purchase prepaid voucher
- Select mobile provider LIME
- Then select the account type (Savings or chequing)
- Once completed, you will receive an ATM receipt with the top up voucher number
- To top up with the issued voucher dial *121*the voucher number # and press send
- For example*121*12345678901234# then press send.
- Dial *120# to confirm that the credit balance on your phone
VOUCHER TopUp
Voucher TopUp is a paper receipt that contains a unique voucher PIN, printed from a point of sale (POS) terminal at any reseller location. Simply activate the PIN and you are ready to start talking!
- Indicate to the merchant the value of top up you require
- The paper receipt will be printed with the voucher number
- To add the voucher to your account, dial *121*the voucher number#. For example *121*12345678901234# then press send
- A confirmation text message will be sent to the LIME mobile account detailing the value of the credit and the new balance
- Dial *120# to confirm that the credit balance on your phone
MERCHANT / Retailer TopUp
It's quick and easy to TopUp your LIME mobile at any retailer, without the need for paper receipts!
- Give the retailer the amount you wish to TopUp along with the mobile number
- The credit is transferred electronically to the account
- A confirmation text will be sent to the mobile account detailing the value of the credit and the new balance
- Dial *120# to confirm that the credit balance on your phone
ONLINE TopUp
With LIME Online Top Up you can add credit to your mobile phone or send credit to friends and family from your computer once you have a valid credit card or a paypal account. To top up visit www.lime.com/topup
You will first need to sign up for a LIME online top up account. Once registration is completed:
- Sign in to your LIME Online Account
- Enter the number you wish to add credit to
- The amount you wish to send
- Once the transaction is completed the recipient should receive a text message indicating the value of the credit sent
- Dial *120# to confirm that the credit balance on your phone
In addition to convenience of using Online Top Up, LIME offers the Option For Automatic Top Up:
Automatic Top Up lets you schedule future Top Ups that will be sent to a LIME mobile customer at a specific date. This can be done by selecting the recurring top up option and selecting the amount you wish to send as well as the frequency you would like this to be done.

You also receive a FREE text with each transaction. So if you are sending credit to a loved one, you can use the feature to let them know you sent them credit.
CARIBBEAN / INTERNATIONAL TopUp
Top up or send credit home by visiting select locations in the US, UK, Canada or any LIME Caribbean destination.
- At the select location tell the merchant the amount you which to top up as well as the number you would like to send credit to
- The credit will then be sent electronically to the specific number
- A confirmation text will be sent to the mobile account detailing the value of the credit and the new balance.
