What's your go-to plan when you're looking to shed a few extra pounds?

I hit the gym—nothing gets that waistline weight off like a hard treadmill run!
I revitalize my diet. Cookies, cake and other junk are usually the culprit behind my excess weight.
I start off on a hard-core diet and exercise plan—and then give up about two days later. It's tough to lose weight!
Nothing extreme. I just start to be more conscious of what I am eating and increase my gym time. Always does the trick!
I don't care about weight, I just try to be as healthy as possible.
