In a study that examined Australian children’s intake of fast foods, sweetened drinks, and packaged snacks, researchers concluded that children who drink more than two glasses of fruit juice per day are more likely to be overweight or obese.
Controlling the amount of fruit drinks is hard when you have children. They naturally want to drink them vs water or milk. But they really are a waste of calories. Little bang for the buck except for oj.
And the fruit roll-ups are a joke. Do not be fooled!!!
