Omega-3 Becoming Popular Food Additive

Shown to cut risks of heart disease and other problems, omega-3—a fatty acid found in fish and some nuts and oils—is increasingly being added to other foods. This year, the additive makes an appearance in Tropicana OJ, Kashi cereal, and a butter substitute.
