Research is showing that intermittent fasting or long-term calorie restriction diets can have beneficial effects on many aspects of health, from asthma to heart disease, and can prevent age-related chronic diseases such as cancer and diabetes.
I am very familiar with people with arthritis who did fasting and felt much better.
As a research chemist I found that many people have undigested foods in their blood stream. I suggested a change in protein intake and the arthritis started to disappear.
How about that.
