A diet high in saturated fat causes negative health effects immediately: Eating just one meal high in saturated fat arrests HDL, so-called “good,” cholesterol, and causes inflammation in arteries.

Making the switch.

After reading that most saturated fats come from animal/poultry meat and dairy products, I'm pleased that I have recently started a vegitarian/vegan diet. I've also have noticed clearer dreams and meditations. If anyone has had feelings about eating a more vegitraian or vegan diet, check out Eating In The Light by Becky Prelitz and Doreen Virtue. My only question is WHY! Years ago we didn't have these issues -- you have to ask yourself -- what in the world are they feeding the animals.
