the right one

Just today I was at thinking of taking a muti-vitamin.  I have been feeling a bit sluggish and think my diet may be off.  My husband suggested that I go to GNC and get the right one, one that will disolve and not just sit in my stomach.  Supplements are great, but you first need to get the right one.
