Curry Ingredient May Fight Alzheimer's

An ingredient in curry may help stimulate immune system cells that gobble up the brain-clogging proteins that mark Alzheimer's disease, U.S. researchers said on Monday.

That would be an interesting study to see if Indian people have less Alzheimers since curry is such a big part of their diet.  I love indian food and will try and use tumeric more.  I have used it in egg salad.  It is delicious.
