What’s your favorite way to keep fit?

Yoga and Pilates keep my mind centered and buns firm.
Running, hiking, walking, climbing… anything outdoors!
I’m a total gym rat. Give me a treadmill and some free weights and I’m a happy camper.
Aerobics or dance—anything that's set to a good beat and gets my heart pumping.
Martial arts helps me keep fit and whoop some booty to boot!
Whatever the latest craze is: striptease, circus arts, YogaHop, etc.
Sports like tennis or basketball burn calories and feed my competitive spirit.
The only exercise I get is lifting the remote to change the channel.

Gardening is a great way to get some exercise, plus you get to be outside and working with the earth, which is great for the soul :)
