Actor Brad Pitt's Make It Right Foundation unveiled on Tuesday plans to bring affordable housing to the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans, an area devastated by Hurricane Katrina. The plan includes 14 new duplex designs from some of the globe's top architecture firms.
