Hi there. When I think fruit smoothie, I think of my version which includes a tofu base. Use silken tofu and blueberries, maybe a few ice cubes if you feel it's necessary. Blend till smooth. Sweeten only if the berries are on the sour side, if you must. I prefer tart berries. A bit of cane or maple syrup if you need it. Otherwise, enjoy! Lot's of protein and good carbs. Works well with strawberries , mangos, or mixed berry and banana. If using my recipe you can add the fruit smoothie to the after playground snack...this includes adults as well!!!
