This pix is my beautful daugther Nina, as we sit looking at the Seal Lions she is helping to protect on the California sands. She works for San Diego for the legal dept. focused on the environment. Very, very proud of her!

I wanted to know if there's any kinds of topics or shows that really gets you Limed out, besides the obvious interviews with DeePak Chopra, etc. And it's way cool to hear from you in this written form also, so keep hitting the keyboard would ya?

My show is being trimmed back to four days a week, as it's time for Dr. Andrew Weil to fly solo. ( It's his show actually, I've been the very grateful gatekeeper). I'm also grateful for the kind commetns you share about the show on the air, it's a real feel good down here in BIg H.
