Recycle unknown plastic

I work for a manufacturing facility who uses IC's that are packaged in plastice tubes. These tubes have no identifing marks and we are unable to determine what symbol they fall under. We have no way to find out as the parts come from many different manufactures.

Does anyone know how to figure this out?
