I’ve been noticing that many cars have bumper stickers on them. I never was one for putting things on my car, yet I’ve been seeing that people’s true personalities and beliefs seem to come out on their bumpers. What is it about driving around with your philosophy on your tail end for the entire world to see? Are these bumper stickers a way of people connecting to each other or just another way we try and show our individuality and personality?

I have never been one to put bumper stickers on my vehicle either; I didn’t want to mess up the car. But I did have a collection of random bumper stickers up in my room when I was younger, to say what I thought or wanted to say. I do believe that this is how we can all relate and connect in some sort of weird way. I know I look around and read people bumper stickers when I am out and about. I bet it is a real big thrill to have someone read your bumper sticker and see them laugh, cry, or grimace at what they had just read. It defines us in our everyday lives; you know you see thousands of faces everyday, do you remember them? No. If you see a bumper sticker that you like I bet you will remember what it said and what kind of car it was.
