Walking in the city
Posted by MyBalance on March 20, 2007 - 1:06pm.

Is it best to walk on dirt walking paths in the city instead of concrete?

I have heard that jogging on concrete is very hard on the joints and spine.

Why not join in on the Walk Out http://lime.com/walkout

It's a great way to get some exercise, make a difference, and have some fun too.

I'm going to try and get my 9 year old son involved.  Maybe it is something we can do together, just the two of us.
