I spend quite a bit of time on this site and the main reason I do is because of the people. I feel as if I know some of the regular bloggers on a personal level and look forward to reading about what is going on in their lives from week to week. I like to post comments and "converse" with other members about a particular article or blog. Everyone is so positive and helpful. It's a great place to make friends.

I just can't get enough of him.

New to the site but pretty impressed with the series on composting. It really is a great thing to do in your backyard and I wish everone did it. If they did our landfills would be less full and our yards would be more fertile. 


Would love to see the compost guy post another blog or two.

I agree with everything mentioned above but would add that I've found some good recipes and I LOVE the meditation rooms!!!

 

It's great to read what others do to be more 'green'.  It makes me think about more things I can do - gives me ideas.  We ARE a community.

First thing that I LOVE about lime, is yes indeed, the people. I like how it is an easy going site people are easy to get to know, at least to my experience, I like to meet new people, personally I am really a shy person when I am in a group of people, unless I know you then it is a WHOLE different story! But here I can meet new people speak my mind without even having to look them in the face. Not that bad, it’s just an easy flow here. I like the bloggers from here too, they are OK. Give two thumbs up way up high to the meditation room, I absolutely adore it!

I really like reading the blogs from Jessica, Belinda, Phillip, Joshua, Su, and Bridget (okay, so just about all of the regulars!) Their blogs are insightful, fun, and relevant to living a healthier lifestyle. I have posted a few of my own blogs in the forums feature on Lime but don't even come close to their style and attraction. Hoping to someday be as well versed as they are!

The exchange of information is wonderful.  The fact that we can come together and exchange ideas about living a healtier life and making a healthier planet is great.  The topics the bloggers write about are really witty and relevant.  I also like the fact that the forum section lets me hear other peoples opinions and I always learn about new things.

I love the community. I love the idea of people coming together to form great ideas. The most change is brought about because people do things collectively. We've all collectively brought pollution, warmed our earth, and lost perspective. It's time to take the same approach at fixing the problem! Lime is also a place I've learned, and that alone makes me love it!

What a great thought-collectively coming together.  I really like your analogy.  I agree with you about LIME.  Just being able to go to a site where you can voice your opinions openly with like-minded people is wonderful.  I can't tell you how many things LIME has opened up for me.  The awareness is beyond compare.

I don't know! Great people, great programs, blogs, great shows, great info. Wonderful forums, and I get to share with everyone. I learn how others see thing and give a new ways to look at things in my life. I have a place to go on a new adventurer everyday, with some great traveling companions.  

The fact that I can communicate with all different type of people at the touch of my fingertips in wonderful.  People are really helpful on this site and very in touch with what we need to do for our planet.  I find that I wonder about the lives of the people using LIME and what their lives are like.
