As far as working out goes, I think its important to have options so we don't get bored and quit. At 24 Hour Fitness, they have different ways to meet my workout too. If i'm bored of hitting the stairmaster, I can always take a dip in the pool or check out the free classes they have. I really love that its all included in the membership too. :)
