The Battle to look young and smart

Everybody are now warming up to the idea of taking proper cares of their skin and grooming their looks. Skin care for both men and women is growing in popularity. The first thing anyone notices is the face, be it a man or a woman. Healthy skin is the most important element of a great looking face. It is very important; no matter what skin type they have, to clean the face every day. Deep cleansing is important. It keeps pores clear, skin healthy.

Here some basic tips

Cleansing products should be as chemical-free as possible. Deodorant soaps with harsh ingredients and leave a detergent film behind so don’t use it. This may irritate the skin and clog your pores.

Avoid over exposure to the sun. Sun damage leads to hyper pigmentation (brown spots) which can develop into serious skin disease.

Excessive exposure can also exaggerate and coagulate fine lines.

Eating right is also very important as it show off on your skin too. Keep vitamins C and E in your diet.

Drink at least 2 liters of water throughout the day

Stay away from excessive alcohol, smoking and stress. Not only can these factors lead to premature aging; they also decrease facial circulation making you look older.

You only live once, so why not be the best you can be?

These are some really great tips. One thing I found that helps me feel younger is regular colon cleansing. I started reading information about it on http://www.colonzone.org and after doing it, I'm really hooked. At first it was a bit intimidating, but once you're used to it the process isn't that bad at all.

Thanks for the tips... It's not longer a secret that water is life and health. My biggest problem was the water part. It was very difficult to drink that much water in a day because I was always feeling bloated due I had a Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) as I explained it on http://www.supercoloncleansediet.com but once I decide to change n drink more water and start taking charge as an habit , my health really transformed,
