Does anyone know of a good beginner yoga dvd?  I am just getting into shape, and would like to get into yoga.  It must be for the very beginner.  Appreciate any feedback.  Thanks

Hi,

I would suggest that you look into Zen Yoga the Daily Warm-Up DVD is done all in standing format and focuses on breathing and circulating energy through the body.

Check it out... www.artofzenyoga.com

Yoga DVD for out of shape beginners

An excellent yoga DVD for beginners who are large size, as there are no pretzel poses and this is a gentle program that focuses on breathing, postures and ends with a relaxing meditation is Beginners Dynamic Yoga for Stress Release and Weight Loss as Seen on TV by Suzanne Andrews.

Another DVD for beginners that is a little more challenging but still great for beginners because it's gentle and also by Suzanne Andrews, who is the Healthy Lifestyle expert for our local PBS channel,  is called Yoga Chi for Energy.  You can get both of these on Amazon.com  I lost 65 pounds using these 2 DVD's.  http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0015VKX28

Hope this helps, let me know.

You actually lost 65 pounds with these dvd's?  What are the names again?  I am intrigued, and have tried everything!
