So... I wanted to try something homeopathic for Stress/Anxiety relief. The lady at the health food store recommended Bach's Rescue Remedy Spray. It's a little bottle of flower essences that you spray on your tongue. I tried it and it tasted like Tequila. I looked at the box and it contains 27% alcohol. Is that bad? Has anyone tried it? I'm not sure if I should continue using it or not.
Any advice greatly appreciated!

Hi. I've had some major problems with stress. Homeopathy is good. i have used some bach products and I have always liked them. In addition, you may want to check out this site with has alot of really helpful info about what works and what doesn't (apparently kava is the way to go, but I haven't tried it yet)

When going the alternative medicine route one is often left to research and experiment to find the right products and resources. Here is a new site that is beginning to gather all the resources in one place. You can research conditions for various therapeutic modes, including Ayurvedic medicine, and get information about the effectiveness of therapies and remedies. The site is also a launching point for researching integrated alternative medicine therapies on the web. Go to http://www.rvita.com .
