Yes there are so many drugs out there to treat someone with a temporary bout of depression that occurs every fall... but I don't want to introduce chemicals to my body. Right now, I'm sticking to the basics, tons of exercise and healthy eating. I'm hoping to start light therapy.
But what else is out there? Does anyone have any experience with supplements or particular activities that combat the chemical imbalances of the changing seasons?
Thank you!

Tried to do some research on the subject. Seems like you are doing all that they said you should. This site had some natural remedies including mustard seed and st. johns wart as well as some nutritional advice. Diet can help if you cut out refined sugars and carbs. Give it a read and let me know if it works.
Hi,
I stumbled onto your post and since I work for a company that sells light therapy devices I thought I'd provide this info... Always best not to use drugs... I hope it helps!
