Incandescent light bulb being phased out of U.S. market beginning 2012

For those of you who haven't heard, the incandescent light bulb is being phased out of the US market beginning in 2012.
"The incandescent light bulb, one of the most venerable inventions of its era but deemed too inefficient for our own, will be phased off the U.S. market beginning in 2012 under the new energy law just approved by Congress." See the full article here:
