Diet for Natural Beauty
Posted by Ecobabe on August 24, 2007 - 4:12pm.
image I try to eat healthy for the physical aspects of it; ward off disease, prevent certain kinds of cancers, and to increase my energy. I didn't realize that I could eat for beauty as well. It appears that a lot of the food I eat contributes to my healthful appearance and, hopefully, I gain some natural beauty in the process. Found a great web site that spells out what nutrients help us retain and gain natural beauty. Check it out and see how beuatiful you can become, naturally!

Wow- that's an interesting article! If only a big percentage of people know more about how vitamins and minerals naturally help their beauty and skin, they can save alot of money without having cosmetic surgery handling it.

Graet site.  I knew that many foods can help you with your skin and have made some facials out of food.  I think that it is the amount of eating a particular food that is difficult to get the results you need.  Can taking a vitamin help or do you  need to get these from the foods in there natural form?

Wow Ecobabe that is a really good site! I took a glance under the entire vitamins category, and it is quite interesting. I remember when I was younger and I would attend the “drug Store” like GMC or a Vitamin store, they would always give my sister and I samples. There would be Vitamins for your hair, skin, nails and all kinds of other things, that I know I never would have thought. In Colorado by best friend in high school was Palestinian, she had the most beautiful hair and skin, ever! Whenever I would stay the night over at her house, on a girls night we would put Olive Oil in our hair for about 30 minutes, when the time was up we would wash our hair as usual, conditioner was optional. Afterwards, my hair was so soft and shiny. It was amazing what ingredients that you use in your everyday life that could improve your look! I learned a lot from her and her heritage. Give it a whirl if you would like, maybe on your next girls night, tell me what you think of it!
