Wow. A pro MSG article. Perhaps I'll have to do some more investigating, but I still have major reservations. Hydrolyzed soy protein - hydrolyzed = bad, soy = bad (unless fermented). Up until MSG was invented, food sucked? If it needs MSG for flavor, maybe you need another chef.
