Fruit Juice, Obesity Studies Challenged

horrible study

This is a pretty ridiculous study, funded by people who have an interest in pushing juice on kids (and everyone). It's common sense that 4 oz of juice daily won't make a kid fat-- that's all the study looked at. What they didn't look at is the obvious effects of giving your kids juice constantly, all day long, which many parents do. This study has gotten a lot of press, but I hope consumers are smart enough to read between the lines here.
