One of the things you never do is backbend your spine. Kids do it, but as adults, we spend most of our day hunched in chairs. In this segment, yoga master Rodney Yee shows you how to liberate your lungs and your heart by backbending over that chair, so you can face the world with an open chest.

This is my first real exposure to yoga and to Rodney Yee.  I am a nurse and work for a company that is based in the concept of wellness and good health.  They are always asking to take better care of our selves, as we sit at a computer desk all day and either typing or on the phone.  We are allowed to stop working at any time, get up , stretch, walk ect,  but rarely do we do this unless we are reminded.  I would like to use some of these sitting excerises and the concept of "openness" in a small class for my co-workers.  Is this exceptable?  Do I need to be concerned for copyright, ect?   Thanks again for this beautiful website.  I believe you designed it just for me.
