I just did this and heard my whole spine crack, I was a little worried at first, but now my back feels fantastic, good tip.

My spine didn't "crack" and I had to focus on Rodney's advice to keep my neck up soft and relaxed. The effect of the stretch was like a release of energy emanating from the entire length of my spine.

Thanks, Rodney :-)  You have been my yoga inspiration since the very first tape I bought of yours.  What a gift you have given to me!

I become what I might be.
