Try it on a long airplane flight!!! they even offer videos on some transcontinental flights to help people with circulation, but the number of people who feel "goofy" doing these exercises is sad, it should be that we all stand up and move more often, and life would be much sweeter everywhere! More oxygen to the brain for one thing!
