then do a set of quick ones as many as you can, and if you do it every day youll find more ab muscles.

I don't know an iota of what Rodney Yee knows about yoga, but I would suggest leaving the leg lifting out of it at first if you find it too hard. Leave your knees bent and feet on the floor, and just roll down the spine to the floor, using your abs to go as slow as you can--you're simply resisting gravity. Try adding the legs after a while to see if you're ready for the whole enchilada.

Sponsors

Please get the sponsor message out of the way of the Rodney Yee videos. We get it. We get the commercialism of yoga and everything else in our greed-driven culture. We know where to buy what we need, and what we need.

Hold up a sign. Can we have something beneficial delivered without the SALE? Repitition and annoyance can backfire on products. Advertisers need to know this. Lime.com should know better, they should have enough class, but perhaps not.

To make it easier

You can make the asana easier by bending your legs at the knee or extending your legs fully with your feet at a wall for support or by using your hands to support your thighs (either with legs bent or legs fully extended).  Finally you can support the whole pose by using a belt around your back and feet.  Have fun.

I don't mind viewing thirty seconds of advertisement (or ignoring, rather) if it means LIME.com remains a free service to my friends and I.  What kind of company is going to sponsor ANYTHING and say, "No it's okay, you guys don't have to give us credit.  Just do your thing and we'll spend more money somewhere else to advertise."  I mean, come on.

And this pose is great, but one thing the clip doesn't mention is breathing.  Don't ever hold an asana and your breath at the same time.  It will cause a spike in your blood pressure, and make you uncomfortable in general.
