Sometimes it takes a crisis to shake us out of our habits. Host Rodney Yee tells the story of his older brother's heart attack, and how he discovered, during his recuperation, that he had repressed a great dream. Yee explains how yoga helps us move out of habitual actions in our lives that keep us from achieving those dreams.
