This does help calm. I often take "mini-breaks" at work where I close my eyes and breathe deeply and slowly for a count of ten. In a way, it is also re-energizing.

after working 14 hr days for the last 2 weeks and in a job situation where stress offten cripples my ability to see clearly..you are so adept a simplyfying this thought My practice has saved me and I am able to see more clearly be more articulate and thoughtfull...but what you ahve remided me today is how to take the drama out it truly can be a simple breath that can wipe out all negativity
