Hi again Dol, Here's a quick bit (2 minutes) on the importance of proper breathing. Breathing is one of the foundations of yoga. Rodney Yee is the person I had mentioned to you when you asked about a recommendation. Thought you could start with this. Then you'd also know who he was if & when you went dvd shopping. k
