Good tape to start with. Watch a few times before starting to practice. Just watching Rodney and the background scenery, is very relaxing. Begin doing the moves, easily at first, don't try to match Rodney Yee, in the beginning, just follow at a comfortable pace for you. I speak with good experience. I was stretching too far and ended up with tendonitis. The Tendonitis was difficult and painful to recover from. Now I'm beginning the stretching moves of Yoga again, but I'm sneaking up on it ever so much slower this time. Inspite of my set back, I love Yoga and Rodney Yee is the best at teaching you and showing you a good over all workout. I wouldn't change a thing, except move a little slower in the begining. Don't bend real low at first and if you feel a burning or stinging sensation in your legs at the END of your muscles, that's the tendons being stretched. Stop where your are and ease up just a little. You have reached the point where you are stretching the tendons, which is your aim, but it must be done very slowly. Otherwise, it can cause hairline tears in the tendons, and that hurts. Rodney and his tapes can't be beat.
