Animals do it naturally
by EcoHomo on January 19, 2007 - 11:24am

Ever notice the first thing a dog or cat does after a long sit or good sleep? Stretch. You don't have to pay for class. Your body knows, and if you simply sit still long enough to begin with, you'll remember how to naturally stretch into oneness, just like the animal you are.

The time is come for all human endeavors to be guided by the direct experience of Earth as a single living reality, the only known one of its kind.

I have a Yoga video I do at home all the time, I wish I could go to class but havent been where I can afford the costs lately. Good reminder that you can make space and time for yourself and relax without going to the studio. What you empower you attract

Just BE
by Vicki_R on January 31, 2007 - 3:48pm
I agree that we all have the ability to find a time to just "be". It is one of the hardest things to do.   I find music helps me to become more centered.  I recently checked out LIMES meditation rooms.  They are wonderful.  I encourage everyone to visit them.  When I do find the time, I am always happier and realize how important it is to take a time out for myself.

Inspiring!

Rodney Yee inspires me to want to stretch (daily! I'm not getting any younger) and join a Yoga class. I tried the Yoga videos but do so much better with an instructor to make sure I am in correct alignment with the poses. Just doing the overhead stretch at my desk during the day can make such a difference.
So glad I watched this video and that it was here to watch!
