The title and lead said this was about walking yoga, but Rodney mentioned it, but then spent the entire video talking about a leg stretching position. No talk about how to do walking yoga. disappointed, confused

Stretching the legs, is preparing the legs to preform at their best. Flexible, muscular, good blood flow, well grounded; then you will be walking yoga!
