I’ve just began my journey….. and I find it very very very usefully for the spine. How about practicing with it 2 times per day? I think it’s way «easy» because it’s way «natural». Oh, and by the way….. Thank you, Rod!

It gets easier/more natural and I become more open each time I do it! I am constantly inspired by my yoga instructor, Denise.
