I don’t know if the stretch, or the dizziness feels better, but, I am slowly being converted…show me some more yoga, and I may just give up all my other excercise

A precaution:  I sprained my left hand (esp. index finger) putting too much pressure on it.  I am 67 and have to pay close attention to such details.
