I’m about to get on a plane and now I know exactly what to do to relax and do something good for my body while I’m there. I’m going to do these stretches in a crowded plane with my fellow passengers watching and try to engage them in the routine as well. Playing it forward!
but what about my shoulders and hands. those are very painful while sitting in from of my computer all day…
