Stretching is boring but....
by Statuesqueone on July 27, 2007 - 3:17pm
.... obviously even more important now. I know that I need to stretch and really want to but it is so boring to me, and it hurts. I do a little stretching everyday to keep my back and hips flexible but that's about all I do. With this report I guess I have even more reason to stretch. Now how do I find the time to fit stretching into my routine?
