Walking Helps Women Cope With Menopause

A Penn State University Study reports that women who regularly exercise during menopause enjoy a better quality of life, and women participating in three-times-a-week walking sessions improved their mood and outlook more than subjects doing yoga.

As my doctor once called me pre-menopausal to my horror, I am glad to hear that exercise can help make this transition easier.  I also think walking helps to make us feel healthier, which in turn helps us feel younger.

Having a healthy body and mindset, can only help to ease your body into this next phase in life.
